The Foundation
For nearly 20 years, the Camp Tekakwitha Foundation Fund, set up by members of the Corporation, has enabled all young people who wish to do so to experience a stay filled with joy, community and new experiences.
Scholarships
The Foundation awards scholarships each year to young people who come to spend two weeks to a month at Camp Tekakwitha. Nearly $25,000 is distributed each year thanks to generous donors.
Experience enhancement
Funding from the Foundation also helps improve the campers' experience through the acquisition of equipment, the improvement of infrastructure and the development of new programs and activities.
Financial Aid
Each year, the Camp Tekakwitha Foundation awards scholarships to campers in need, with assistance ranging from 15% to 85% of the normal cost of a stay.
