Repas alternatifs

Financial Aid

Each year, the Camp Tekakwitha Foundation awards scholarships to campers in need, with assistance ranging from 15% to 85% of the normal cost of a stay.

To check your eligibility, ask yourself the following questions:

  • Does your child want to have an enriching experience at Camp Tekakwitha?

  • Are you a low-income family?

  • Can you contribute to part of the cost of the stay?

If you answered yes to all of these questions and would like to apply for a scholarship, please email us at direction@campdevacances.com .

Detailled registration process

0. Before You Begin: Creating Your Qidigo Account

Before starting the registration process, parents must:

  • Create an account on the Qidigo platform.

  • Add their child(ren) to their profile.

This step is required before submitting any registration request.

Click here to view the detailled "account creation" procdure.

1. Submitting a Registration Request on Qidigo

For each child, you must submit a registration request for the desired group and session. This is a request, not a confirmed registration. The registration is not officially confirmed until Step 3.

Important notes:

  • The number of available places shown in Qidigo is unlimited, but the actual capacity of each group is limited.

  • The displayed balance will be $0, but this does not mean the session is free. Billing occurs only after your request has been reviewed and accepted.

Click here to view the detailed "proceed to registration request" procedure.

2. Review of Registration Requests and Waiting List

Upon receiving your request, our team reviews it in order to:

  • Respect the established priority order;

  • Verify actual availability in the requested group;

  • Ensure that the child is placed in the age-appropriate group as of June 1.

Registration requests are processed based on the following priority order:

  1. Campers returning to the same session and same group (priority until January 15).

  2. Campers returning to a different session within the same group, or the same session but in a different group.

  3. Campers returning after one summer away, and siblings of already-registered campers.

  4. New campers.

Please note: On January 15, we begin offering available spots to priorities 2, 3, and 4.

Additional important details:

  • If the requested group does not correspond to the appropriate age group, we will contact you (email or phone) to discuss options.

  • If the group or session is full, your child will automatically be placed on the waiting list. We will contact you to review available alternatives.

  • If a spot becomes available in your preferred group or session, you will have 48 hours to accept or decline the offer.

3. Official Confirmation: Invoice

If the registration request is accepted, we will issue an official invoice including session fees, transportation fees (if applicable) and any additional applicable charges.

We offer a family discount for siblings living at the same address 5% off for the second child, 10% off for the third child, 15% off for the fourth child. IMPORTANT: All siblings must be registered in a single transaction for the discount to apply automatically.

Receiving this invoice by email through Qidigo constitutes the official confirmation of registration. No additional confirmation will be sent.

4. Payment Plan Options

You may choose one of the following payment plans to pay the session fees:

  1. Full payment on January 15

  2. 50% on January 15 and 50% on February 15

  3. 33.3% on January 15, 33.3% on February 15, 33.3% on March 15

  4. 25% on January 15, 25% on February 15, 25% on March 15, 25% on April 15

  5. 20% on January 15, 20% on February 15, 20% on March 15, 20% on April 15, 20% on May 15

If registration is completed after January 15, only plans 3 to 5 will be available, and so on depending on the registration date.

5. Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

If you cannot pay by Interac, check, or WISE, please contact us at ckta@campdevacances.com to make alternative arrangements.

Billin
g Currency:

  • All invoices are issued in US Dollars (USD) because most camp expenses occur in the United States.

  • Canadian families may pay in Canadian Dollars (CAD) at par, with no exchange rate adjustment.

  • Billing currency is based on the camper’s country of residence, not the payer’s.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

In case of cancellation, fees per child will be deducted from the amounts paid based on the notification date, to cover expenses already incurred in preparing the stay:

  • Before January 15: No penalty applies in the event of cancellation.

  • As of January 15: A cancellation fee of $275 per child will be charged, even if no payment has yet been made.

  • Before April 30: A fixed fee of $275 per child will be retained. The balance of any amounts already paid will be refunded.

  • As of May 1: Cancellation fees equal to 50% of the total cost of the stay will apply. The remaining balance of any amounts paid will be refunded, where applicable.

  • Early departure or dismissal during the stay: No refund will be issued in the event of early departure, whether due to injury or any other reason, or if a participant is dismissed during the stay.

7. Relevé 24 (Tax Slip)

Although Camp Tekakwitha is a registered nonprofit in Québec, we cannot issue a Relevé 24, as services are provided in the United States and therefore not eligible under Revenu Québec regulations.

8. Transportation fees

Since spaces are limited for charter bus transportation as well as airport shuttle services, all requests must be made at least two weeks in advance and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Refunds are only possible if the cancellation request is submitted at least two weeks before the scheduled transport date.
