Currency

Please note that invoices are issued in your respective currencies to reflect local economies and actual costs. Our camp, although managed by a Quebec non-profit organization, operates primarily in the United States, where all operational costs are paid in US dollars.

Instalments

You can choose one of the following payment plans to pay for the pension fees:

Full payment of invoice upon registration.
50% upon registration, 50% by January 31.
25% upon registration, 25% on January 31, 25% on February 28 and 25% on March 31.
20% upon registration, 20% on January 30, 20% on February 28, 20% on March 31. 20% on April 30.

If registration is made after January 31, only plans 3-4 will be possible, and so on.

Refund

In the event of cancellation before April 30, all pension fees incurred will be refunded (100%).
In case of cancellation after May 1st, we will refund half (50%) of the pension fees.
No refund will be made in the event of abandonment (due to injury or not) or dismissal during the stay.

Family discount

We offer a family discount for registering a second (5%), third child (10%) or fourth child (15%) from the same family living at the same address. You must complete their registration in one go on jeminscrismaintenant so that the discount is applied automatically.

Registration priority

Whether this is your child's first summer at Tekakwitha or their sixth, don't delay in registering them as spaces in groups are limited. All will be able to register starting December 16th. Here is our process for confirming registration requests:

Campers who want to return to the same stay, in the same group.
Campers who want to return to a different stay but in the same group or the same stay but in a different group.
Campers who want to return after a summer away or siblings of campers already registered.

If the stay of your choice is full, your child will automatically be placed on the waiting list. As soon as a place becomes available, we will call you and you will have 48 hours to make a decision.

Financial Aid

Each year, the Camp Tekakwitha Foundation awards scholarships to campers in need, with assistance ranging from 15% to 85% of the normal cost of a stay.
